Acute Care WALK IN Services

We are an independently owned primary and acute care health clinic; we accept men and women ages 5 years and up.  We focus on integrative medicine which combines natural and mainstream treatment methods. Our provider has more than 10yrs experience treating acute and chronic diseases. We take a holistic approach to health and wellness. This allows us to identify the cause of illness and develop a treatment plan that is effective for improving dis-ease and illness to a more health and natural state.

We currently accept walk ins.

We also offer in-house lab draws.

Acute Care Services

Urgent & Acute Care Walk-in

We offer convenient, affordable and fast care for each member of your family. We treat common illnesses, earwax removal, minor injuries, minor wounds, abscess, lacerations, or burns. THRIVE Health & Vitality is fast and convenient one-stop shop for all of your Health & Wellness needs! 

*Pricing is based on service 

Routine | Basic Visit

$55

This includes a basic evaluation and exam, for example: acute illness, sore throat, cough, runny nose, red eyes, work excuse. 

Complex Visit

$75

This includes visits that require additional testing and follow up. 

Procedural Visit

$100

This includes visits that require sutures, drainage, splinting.

Full lab evaluation available | Diagnostic Testing

We can draw labs in house and offer full work ups. Orders for X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI, etc will be provided as needed and obtain at local hospital or outpatient diagnostic centers.
